SENATE BILL NO. 11 "An Act relating to community property and                                                                   
to community property trusts; and providing for an effective date" was                                                          
read the second time.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
Senator Holland, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1026.                                                            
Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                            
further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11(JUD) was adopted.                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 11(JUD) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the May 15 calendar.
